MONDAY EVENINGS: 6-7PM Northwestern Lehigh  School  2026-2027

CLASSES BEGIN IN SEPTEMBER STAY TUNED

* *So what is going to make this class different? I am finally melding my passions for yoga, functional movement, recovery, proprioception, lymphatic health, breathing, self care, brain based training and self myofascial release work.

 *you will learn to attune to your body. Soft tools provide a sense of safety to the body. I will be bringing yoga tune up balls, and Corgeous balls… * you will need to purchase for class, Corgeous balls $12 and pair of YTU balls $12 

* The practice will start with this work to prime the body for movement and is known to: increase ROM (range of motion) decrease pain and increase torque (force output) all while connecting you to your body. Then we will flow and ending with breath work perhaps with the Corgeous ball for some down regulation.

**Yoga at both schools NWLSD and NLSD will follow school schedule:no school=no class and if school is closed due to bad weather yoga class also cancelled.

Peters Elementary School~4055 Friedens Rd. Slatington in the MUSIC ROOM  or GYM (enter doors on far right as you face building) take first hallway  and music room will be last door on your left.  

Important Registration Information:

• You have the option to purchase either the entire session or individual class dates.
• All registrations are non-transferable to future sessions and non-refundable for any missed classes. If you purchase a class and are unable to attend, it cannot be applied to a future date or session.
• Online registration only. No exceptions will be made.You must create an account, wait for the account to be approved, then register for the class.
