NEW MELT METHOD 4-WK SERIES:Begins Feb 24th 2016

New MELT Method 4-wk series @ Livingroom Yoga in Emmaus begins Feb 24th! Do you have chronic pain? Or perhaps pre-pain symptoms like stiffness in the muscles and joints? Do you have a job with repetitive movements? Whether sedentary or active we ALL experience this dehydration in our connective tissue and left unaddressed can lead to chronic problems.. The MELT Method is hands OFF bodywork, a self treatment you can learn and do in as little as 10 minutes a day or 3 times a week and you can see and feel a difference the very first time you try it!   1. Benefits of yoga
    It depends on what yoga you do. I practice Iyengar (the most precise and perfectionist in terms of executing postures and therefore also the safest) and I can tell you about him.
    1. Greater elasticity
    2. Lower level of anxiety in general.
    3. Leg and back toning
    4. Greater self-esteem. You learn to feel your body more, to pamper it and understand it.
    5. Decreases the feeling of "gluttony" (wanting to eat just because, because of anxiety).
    6. Greater self-awareness. You focus more and relativize. You are your center of attention, not your obligations. You distance yourself from things.
    7. back pain relief
    8. You self-correct more posturally throughout the day. There is a postural reprogramming by your muscles.
    9. If you are a woman: much more amazing orgasms due to greater sensitivity (a blast!) and greater multi-orgasmic capacity. Iyengar yoga works the pelvic floor, so you will also avoid incontinence problems in the future.
    10. In theory, it helps with PMS and painful periods. I don't notice it much, but because I almost have labor pains and I have to dope. Some colleagues say that they look relieved (I hope for a miracle in this regard).
    11. After a good yoga session, with a relaxation phase at the end, you are ready to go to bed, or to work! It depends on how you set up your session, whether you do dynamic postures or not. If you do dynamic postures, it fills you with vitality and positivity.
    12. I look prettier afterwards, because I have given myself care and attention and I have felt parts of my body, muscles, that I didn't even know I had (you learn to isolate muscle groups and you realize how arthritic you are and how this society affects us non-stop and competitiveness).
